- SCOPE
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is aimed exclusively at consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly neither be attributed to their commercial nor their independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legally capable partnership who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or self-employed professional activity.
- CONTRACTUAL PARTNER, CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT, POSSIBILITY OF CORRECTION
The purchase contract is concluded with CARLITOS handmade GmbH.
By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries before submitting your binding order at any time by using the correction aids provided and explained in the order process. The contract is concluded by clicking the order button to accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart. You will receive a confirmation by email immediately after submitting the order.

We save the contract text and send you the order data and our terms and conditions in text form. You can view the contract text in our customer login.
- DELIVERY CONDITIONS
In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs are also added. You can find out more about the amount of shipping costs in the offers.
We only deliver by shipping. Unfortunately, it is not possible to pick up the goods yourself.
We do not deliver to packing stations.
- PAYMENT
In our shop, the following payment methods are generally available to you:
Advance payment When selecting the payment method advance payment, we will provide you with our bank details in a separate email and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.
Credit card During the ordering process, you enter your credit card details. Your card will be charged immediately after placing the order.
PayPal, PayPal Express To be able to pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate yourself with your access data, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out by PayPal immediately after placing the order. You will receive further instructions during the order process.
PayPal Plus In cooperation with the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), we offer you the following payment options as PayPal services. Unless otherwise regulated below, payment via PayPal Plus does not require registration with PayPal. You will receive further instructions for each payment option and during the order process.
PayPal To pay the invoice amount via the PayPal payment option, you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate yourself with your access data, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out by PayPal immediately after placing the order.
Credit card via PayPal Your card is charged by PayPal after the goods have been dispatched.
Direct debit via PayPal Payment by direct debit via PayPal requires an address and credit check and is made directly to PayPal. By confirming the payment instruction, you give PayPal a direct debit mandate. You will be informed of the date of the account debit by PayPal (so-called prenotification). The account debit is made before the goods are dispatched.
Purchase on account via PayPal Purchase on account via PayPal requires an address and credit check and is made directly to PayPal.
Sofort by Klarna
To be able to pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Sofort GmbH, Theresienhöhe 12, 80339 Munich, you must have an online banking-enabled bank account, authenticate yourself accordingly, and confirm the payment instruction. Your account will be charged immediately after placing the order. You will receive further instructions during the order process.
Google Pay To be able to pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"), you must be registered with Google, have the Google Pay function enabled, authenticate yourself with your access data, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after placing the order. You will receive further instructions during the order process.
Apple Pay To be able to pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Apple Inc., One Apple Park Way, Cupertino, CA 95014, USA ("Apple"), you must use the browser "Safari", be registered with Apple, have the Apple Pay function enabled, authenticate yourself with your access data, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after placing the order. You will receive further instructions during the order process.
Klarna In cooperation with the payment service provider Klarna Bank AB (publ.), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden ("Klarna"), we offer you the following payment options. Payment via Klarna is only available for consumers. Unless otherwise regulated below, payment via Klarna requires a successful address and credit check and is made directly to Klarna. You will receive further instructions for each payment option and during the order process.
Purchase on account via Klarna The invoice amount is due 14 days after the goods have been shipped and the invoice has been received.

- RETENTION OF TITLE
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
- TRANSPORT DAMAGES
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damages, please report such errors as soon as possible to the deliverer and contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, especially your warranty rights. However, you help us to be able to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.
- WARRANTY AND GUARANTEES
8.1 LIABILITY FOR DEFECTS
The statutory liability for defects applies.
8.2 WARRANTIES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
Information on any additional warranties that may apply and their exact conditions can be found with the product and on special information pages in the online shop.
- LIABILITY
For claims based on damages caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents, we are always liable without limitation
- for injury to life, body, or health,
- for intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty,
- for guarantee promises, if agreed, or
- insofar as the scope of application of the Product Liability Act is opened.
In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which enables the proper execution of the contract in the first place and on the compliance of which the contractual partner regularly relies (cardinal obligations) due to slight negligence on our part, our legal representatives or vicarious agents, the liability is limited in amount to the damage foreseeable at the time of the conclusion of the contract, the occurrence of which must typically be expected. In all other respects, claims for damages are excluded.
